690 Baht per class – includes full guidance and first-timer instructions. The class itself lasts around 10–15 minutes, after which you can freely enjoy the rest of your 2-hour Ice Bath and Sauna session.
Classes are available 3 times daily at 12 PM, 1 PM, and 3 PM.
The beginner class is conducted in a group setting, with other beginners joining depending on the number of bookings.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the Beginner Class has started, we will need to try to reschedule you to a another class. This policy ensures that we can protect the quality of the experience for everyone.490 Baht per session

How It Started
We started with a couple of plastic tubs, ice from 7/11, and a few friends who liked doing ice baths.
Over time this small group became a community of expats and locals coming together on a Saturday morning to enjoy the benefits of ice baths and connect with likeminded people.We've come along way since then: we've been on rooftops, in parks, cafes and even the runway of an airport!

We are excited to share with you the ICE HOUSE - a place to relax, recover and connect.Teak tubs full of fresh ice , a hot sauna, lush tropical garden, and loads of interesting activities and events to participate in over the month.

We have 4 teak tubs. Each of the tubs are around 4-6 degrees celcius.
