We have two unique Ice House branches in Bangkok — each offering ice baths, saunas and serene spaces to recharge your body and mind.
How It Started
We started with a couple of plastic tubs, ice from 7/11, and a few friends who liked doing ice baths.
Over time this small group became a community of expats and locals coming together on a Saturday morning to enjoy the benefits of ice baths and connect with likeminded people.We've come along way since then: we've been on rooftops, in parks, cafes and even the runway of an airport!
And now...
We are excited to share with you the ICE HOUSE - a place to relax, recover and connect.Teak tubs full of fresh ice , a huge (and hot) sauna, lush tropical garden, cozy cafe, and loads of interesting activities and events to participate in over the month.
