Beginner Class
🕐 Available daily at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM  👨‍🏫 Our Staff will guide you through the Ice Bath process. 📅 To join, simply book a regular session and we’ll upgrade it to the Beginner Class (฿690) at the Ice House. 

Late arrivals (over 10 minutes after the Beginner Class start) may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
