  • No worries! We have instructors available to provide Beginner Classes everyday. Classes are available 3 times daily at 12 PM, 1 PM, and 3 PM.

  • Ice baths may provide several benefits, including:

    • Reducing inflammation and muscle soreness

    • Enhancing post-exercise recovery

    • Increasing circulation and decreasing swelling

    • Boosting the immune system

    • Improving mental well-being and reducing stress

    • Increasing alertness and promoting better sleep

    • Improved mental resistance

    • Enhanced detoxification

    • Healthier more radiant skin

  • Wear a bikini, wear swim shorts, wear a t-shirt, wear a 3-piece suit, wear a parachute - whatever you feel comfortable with. Except your birthday suit. Don’t wear that. No offense.

  • 1 second. That’s the minimum requirement. Of course, it would be lovely if you could get to 5 minutes. Or even 10. Everyone is on their own journey and reacts differently to the ice. You can’t compare yourself to anyone else. Go at your own pace. Listen to your body.

  • We have 4 tubs of varying temperates. 2 tubs will be between 4-6 degrees celsius, one tub around 10 degrees, and a cold plunge.

  • We filter the water and sanitize the ice baths with a natural non-irritant formula - a safe and effective biodegradable chemical that kills bacteria without irritating the skin.

  • Yes, safety considerations are crucial when practicing cold water immersion in an ice bath. Here are some important points to keep in mind:

    • If you have any medical conditions, such as heart problems, Raynaud's disease, or circulatory issues, consult with a healthcare professional before attempting an ice bath.

    • Pay attention to your body's signals during the ice bath. If you experience severe discomfort, numbness, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms, exit the bath immediately.

    • Individuals with high blood pressure, and those with extreme sensitivity to cold should avoid ice baths.

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without letting us know you're still coming, your booking may be given to a walk-in customer.  You will not be allowed to rebook another session the same day unless you pay upfront. If you’re late or don’t show up for the new session, it will be non-refundable.

  • Unfortunately, ice baths and sauna are not available for guests under 16 due to safety concerns. Young people's bodies respond differently to extreme cold, which can pose health risks. We appreciate your understanding

  • Regular Ice Bath & Sauna Sessions
    If you arrive late for a Regular Session, you may still join, but only for your originally booked time slot. Alternatively, we can try to reschedule you to another slot, subject to availability.

    Beginner Class

    Late arrivals (over 10 minutes after the Beginner Class start) may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

  • To be eligible for a refund on online payments, please inform our admin of your cancellation at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.

    For no-shows and bookings that are not canceled in accordance with our policy, refunds will not be issued. Thank you for your understanding.

  • For Weekends & Public Holidays

    To receive a refund for weekend and public holiday sessions, please notify us of your cancellation 12 hours before your scheduled session.

    For Weekdays

    For weekday bookings, your session will be refunded if you notify us before your scheduled session.


    For no-shows and bookings that are not canceled in accordance with our policy, refunds will not be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
