Not just for beginners - the guided ice bath & breathwork is for all ice bath lovers who want to learn the core fundamentals of ice bathing.
Our ice bath expert - Kruu Bookie, will guide and teach you breath work and deep core understanding of taking on the ice bath challenge.

Duration: 2 Hours
Subject to the number of participants: guidance typically lasts for 1 hour - afterwards guests can enjoy our ice bath, sauna and other facilities.

Late arrivals - We strongly recommend guests to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Guest arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused entry. Thank you for your understanding.
Beginner classes
Our Staff will guide you through the Ice Bath process.
Price: THB 690
Session: 2 Hours
Available Monday - Friday at 12PM, 1PM and 3PM.
The class typically lasts around 15–20 minutes. After the session, you’re welcome to enjoy the remaining time of your regular 2-hour experience.
