Service Description

Beginner classes Our Staff will guide you through the Ice Bath process. Price: THB 690 Session: 2 Hours Available Monday - Friday at 12PM, 1PM and 3PM. The class typically lasts around 15–20 minutes. After the session, you’re welcome to enjoy the remaining time of your regular 2-hour experience. How to book a beginner class?
