Tai chi  & Sound bath (12th Feb) Slow mindful Tai Chi movements followed by a soothing sound bath balance energy, calm and the mind , and restore inner harmony. Breath work & Sound bath (19th Jan) Internal  breathing flow into a soothing sound bath, inviting stillness clarity, and deep rest. Mindfulness  Art flow  & Sound bath (26th Feb) A mindful art creativity flows into a calming sound bath, inviting stillness, clearly and in the peace.
