Beginner Classes
We offer beginner classes for anyone who has never tried an ice bath or sauna before. Our instructors will guide you through the session and ensure you feel confident throughout.

Session: 2 Hours
Available daily at 12PM, 1PM and 3PM.
The class typically lasts around 15–20 minutes. After the session, you’re welcome to enjoy the remaining time of your regular 2-hour experience.
How to book a beginner class?
To join, simply book a regular session on 12PM, 1PM and 3 PM. We’ll upgrade it to the Beginner Class at the Ice House.
Late arrivals (over 10 minutes after the Beginner Class start) may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
