Our ice bath expert - Khun Bookie, will guide and teach you a deep core understanding of taking on the ice bath challenge.

Duration: 2 Hours
Subject to the number of participants: guidance typically lasts for 1 hour; for the remaining hour, guests are free to enjoy the ice bath, sauna and other facilities inside the private zone.

Beginner classes
Our Staff will guide you through the Ice Bath process.
Price: THB 690
Session: 2 Hours
Available daily at 12PM, 1PM and 3PM.
The class typically lasts around 15–20 minutes. After the session, you’re welcome to enjoy the remaining time of your regular 2-hour experience.
How to book a beginner class?
To join, simply book a regular session on 12PM, 1PM and 3 PM. We’ll upgrade it to the Beginner Class at the Ice House.
Late arrivals (over 10 minutes after the Beginner Class start) may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
