Our Services
Ice Bath
We have 4 teak tubs. Each of the tubs are around 4-6 degrees celcius.
Co-working Space
If you need to get some work done - you can do so in our lushious garden or indoors. We provide refreshments and a high-speed wifi
Sauna
Our authentic sauna is around 80 - 90 degree celcius.
Towels Provided
We provide you with towels for your visit to the Ice House.
Lush Garden
Want to get away from the hustle and bustle? Come and ground yourself in our lushious garden.
Showers and locker Room
We provide you with a locker room and showers after your sessions.
